DESCRIPTION
Discover this fully renovated ground-floor apartment in an exceptional location on the oceanfront in Costa del Silencio.
The property features a spacious and bright living area with a modern, fully equipped open kitchen. Additionally, there is a generous bedroom and a contemporary bathroom with a walk-in shower. Part of the terrace has been enclosed, offering various possibilities: this extra space can be furnished as a second bedroom, home office, cozy relaxation area, or an extension of the living room.
One of the major assets is the spacious terrace with a garden, directly adjacent to the living area. Surrounded by palm trees and tropical plants, you enjoy plenty of privacy, a soothing atmosphere, and a partial view of the ocean here. Thanks to the southeast orientation, the apartment benefits from the sun for a large part of the year, which is particularly pleasant during the winter months.
The apartment is completely move-in ready and represents an interesting choice as a permanent residence, a second home in the sun, or an investment on Tenerife.
The secure and excellently maintained residence features beautiful tropical gardens and two swimming pools filled with ocean water. One of the swimming pools is heated during the winter months, which is a significant added value. The possibility of access to a parking space within the residence can be discussed.
Costa del Silencio is a quiet coastal town with shops, restaurants, and various leisure options in the immediate vicinity. Playa La Ballena, Montaña Amarilla, Playa Amarilla, and the charming harbor town of Las Galletas are also located nearby. Tenerife South Airport is only about 15 kilometers away.

Costa del Silencio
Costa del Silencio is the area west of Playa de Las Americas and Los Cristianos. It stretches from just before Las Galletas to Los Abrigos. This is the extreme south of Tenerife and was put on the map a few decades ago by the arrival of the TenBel holiday park. At that time, this park was a purely Belgian company (hence the name Tenerife -Belgium). A lot of tourist activity arose around Tenbel so that you can now find many cafés, bars, restaurants, pizzerias and holiday entertainment in El Trébol. The neighbouring fishing village of Las Galletas is an excellent base for exploring Tenerife. In no time at all, you can reach the large centres such as Los Cristianos or Playa de las Americas by public transport, while still staying in a more or less quiet environment. The picturesque harbour offers a mooring for many pleasure boats and is known for its diving centres. Every morning there is a fish market where the catch of the night is sold. In many restaurants, the fresh fish of the day is on the menu. Las Galletas still has many local traders who do their utmost to please the tourists. Las Galletas is in stark contrast to the busy seaside resorts. Despite the fact that you can find everything there, there is no oversupply. The region is more popular with adults and wintering seniors due to its quieter character.
