La Tejita is the area between Los Abrigos and El Medano and has recently become very popular due to the arrival of several successful new construction projects.
All these projects are located on the beautiful La Tejita beach with its famous red rock or La Montaña Roja. There is also a nice beach bar and a commercial center with a supermarket, shops and restaurants.
The authentic fishing village of Los Abrigos with its well-known restaurants and the surfers' paradise El Medano are located on both sides at 5 minutes by car.
